Flarial Consulting
Privacy Policy
Effective August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Flarial Consulting (“Flarial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit this website or submit an engagement inquiry.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide:
- Your name and email address.
- Your company name, if you choose to provide it.
- The contents of your inquiry.
The form also processes security and request information, including a Turnstile verification token, form timing information, the contents of an anti-spam field, your IP address, and standard request metadata such as browser and network headers.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Review, evaluate, and respond to your inquiry.
- Communicate about a possible consulting engagement.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the inquiry process.
- Detect spam, automated submissions, abuse, or security threats.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use inquiry information for mailing lists or unrelated marketing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cloudflare hosting and security
This website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes website requests and related technical data to deliver the site, apply rate limits, and help protect against abuse.
The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile evaluates browser and device signals and returns a verification token. According to Cloudflare, Turnstile does not access, store, or transmit the contents of form fields. Learn more in the Cloudflare Turnstile documentation and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Discord delivery and storage
After an inquiry passes validation, its name, email address, optional company name, and message are delivered through a Discord webhook and stored as a message in a Discord channel used to review inquiries. Discord processes that information under its own Privacy Policy and retention practices.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website and do not use marketing cookies. Cloudflare and Turnstile may process browser signals or use strictly necessary security mechanisms to deliver and protect the site. Because the site currently has no analytics or advertising tools, it does not display a marketing-cookie consent banner.
Retention
We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, communicate with you, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security obligations. We periodically review stored inquiries and remove those that are no longer needed. Service providers may retain backups or other records for their own legal, security, and operational purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the site, including access controls, server-side validation, rate limiting, anti-spam checks, and bot verification. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please do not submit passwords, financial account information, health information, trade secrets, or other sensitive or confidential material.
Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information associated with you. To make a request, use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the message. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Your rights may vary by location.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update its effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website when appropriate.
